Dear Mr. Schiavi,
I wanted to take this time to tell you how impressed my husband Patrick and I have been with Jerry Dodge who is located at the Oxford Schiavi Homes office.
Jerry has been helpful and supportive during our few visits to Schiavi Homes. There has not been one ounce of pressure from Jerry, during our search for the perfect retirement home for my husband and I. Jerry answers my telephone messages almost as soon as I have hung up my phone! He had made us feel like we are the only customers there, when were are talking to him. He never makes us feel as if I am being rushed off the telephone. I walk with a cane, and jerry has offered to keep my purse in his office are so that I don't have extra weight to carry, as I wanted to go pick out colors for the home we are considering. Jerry has offered us every possible amenity, when we are there.
I believe in contacting supervisors or others, in order to commend those who are deserving. Jerry is deserving, I do hope that a copy of this email is shown to him, and I hope that he receives the praise that he has earned in the short time we have known him.
