Dear Mr. Stone,
We are writing to express our pleasure with our home buying experience at Schiavi Homes. This is our third home purchase (previous homes were "stick built") and our most enjoyable home building experience to date.
To be completely honest, we were mildly skeptical of the modular process, believing that inexpensive necessarily meant "cheap". We were greatly impressed when we walked through your model homes, and instantly fell in love with the "St. Charles" chalet. Needless to say, now that we have purchased and moved into our "cabin", the quality of worksmanship we saw in your models was not a "model" thing, but a "Schiavi" thing.
We also hired Schiavi to General Contract our project and have been pleased with that decision. From the excavator to the finish crew, everyone associates with our project seemed intent on ensuring our satisfaction. This says a lot considering that our cabin was completed on time and on budget. Schiavi continued to impress us when the Schiavi representative (Stuart) created a punch-list longer than my husband's!
In addition, despite our initial reaction to the terms and conditions for a "cash payment option", we were treated very fairly and everything went according to plan.
