Having been in retail sales, management and service all my life I know what it's like to hear the bad only too often and the good almost never.
With the holiday season here I feel a note from me about "the good" will give you cause to celebrate Schiavi Home's achievements over the past six years that I've been affiliated with you and your company.
As you know I work for several other manufactured housing businesses besides Schiavi Homes. In the past three years I have seen your customer satisfaction surpass all other in the field by miles.
Being one of the last contractors in a home gives me the misfortune of listening to customer complaints, and man do I get em!
It has become almost fun walking into a Schiavi Home and hearing some of the good comments made by the home owners.
Your service team deserves a pat on the back for making Schiavi Homes a company to be very proud of, and that level of service out weighs any advertising campaigns.
I also commend your sales department for being honest and upfront with perspective buyers. In the end it always pays off.
