Plumbing...it's one of those things we take for granted...until it doesn't work. Plumbing a manufactured home is not the same as in a traditionally built home. Your custom manufactured Schiavi home requires an understanding of what has been prepared before delivery and what needs to be completed during the assembly process.
As each section of your home is manufactured, the necessary piping for water and drains will be installed along with other "behind the walls" utilities. On site, as each section is assembled in its place, the various pipes and fittings are connected. It is vital to make sure that every connection is properly tested for leaks before turning on the water. If you use a plumber who is not experienced in plumbing a Schiavi Home, you might end up with costly leaks and damage to your new home.
When Schiavi Home Builders sends plumbing contractors to your building site, they have the expertise and plumbing know-how to fit your house exactly the way it should be.
