Just thought I would give you some feedback regarding our new home now that we have been in it for a couple months.
We have had many friends, family and neighbors visiting us to give the place a once over. Everyone has had the same response - "your home is absolutely beautiful". And of course we agree whole heartedly! Sally and I love our new home. Maple Leaf builds a fantastic home. More importantly Schiavi Home Builders has lived up to it's reputation. You, your staff, the setup crews, the interior/exterior crews and Stuart have done an outstanding job not only with the work that had to be done but also the follow up work.
I have already had people asking me questions about modular homes. I give them all the same answer. I did my homework for three years before I selected a manufacturer and a dealer. There are a lot of good modular homes on the market. I found Maple Leaf to be one of the best but more importantly I have told them that the most important thing is the retailer. I have heard too many horror stories and have already witnessed a couple of bad situations here in my area. Those are the dealers who slap the house on the foundation and you can never get them back again to finish the work. That's why I chose Schiavi Home Builders because I found that you had an excellent reputation and you have lived up to it.
You have made our retirement dreams come true so I felt I had to say thank you for making it all happen.
