A few exciting events are brewing on the Schiavi Home Builders website.  Keep checking back - soon we will have two great new features!  First we will have a new page: "Green According to Tim."  Schiavi Home Builders has their first resident expert on green building and what that means to the modular building process.  There will be a section where you can type in your questions to Tim and he will get back to you with a personal response.  Also, coming sometime this summer will be our new interactive Home Builder page.  This will allow you to create an account and then you will have access to our exclusive Home Builder Tool.  The Home Builder will guide you through making a basic floor plan.  When you hit submit the floor plan will show up here at Schiavi Home Builders and we will take a look at it.  One of our Home Specialists will contact you and help you with designing a floor plan that is exactly what you want.  We are ecstatic about these two new upcoming features we will be able to offer our clients.  Keep checking back to see when they are up and running.
