Hi Scott,
Jerry Dodge suggested that I send you this email to tell you how extremely happy I am with the work that was done on my home in April. For several months I had lived through roof replacement, water and mold damage assessment and treatment, and then the insurance claim process of getting estimates for putting my jig-saw puzzle house back together.
Schiavi's gave me the best estimate of the three I obtained. You also saved me added costs by offering me the carpet from a home you were dismantling. When plans were finally made for the repair, I felt very at home working with John and seeing Jerry Dodge, and Karl - not to mention my former student, Mr. Truman (he always had to call me Ms. Bancroft!) all employees of Schiavi. I knew I was in good hands!!!
I was so thrilled to come home from my vacation in April to find my house in one piece once again. I felt like I was on Extreme Makeover Home Edition as I left the place in a shambles and came back to what has to be the most beautiful bedroom suite in West Paris! Seriously!
My parents came by to help me put furniture and wall hangings back in place and they, too, were very impressed!
So, thank you, thank you, thank you for restoring my house and my piece of mind!!! Please pass this along to all those involved. I truly appreciated the quality work that was done and absolutely love my new bedroom and bathroom.
