Believe it or not, masonry is a technical trade that can add significant value to your home. It can also turn into a costly disaster if left to an inexperienced person.
Schiavi Home Builders works only with experienced masons who have proven to do the job right. Our masonry subcontractors can build your chimney, your walkway, patio or hearth. Because masonry is such a dangerous job, we only work with masons who have a track record for safety, and, in the case of an accident, are covered by insurance.
You may choose to work with your own Maine mason. If you do, please understand that this may cause delays and add cost to your project. For the best result, include all masonry requirements in the general contracting agreement you make with Schiavi Home Builders.
